Dr. Brian Swanson is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Encino, California, with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He brings a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based methods tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
Before pursuing his doctorate in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University, Dr. Swanson earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, giving him a distinctive perspective on the intersection of psychology, behavior, and the legal system. He completed post-doctoral training in psychological assessment at UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
